From organizers: name, email, trip details and payment status (card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us). From invitees: the first name the organizer entered, your answers, price limit, suggestions, notes, and any travel details you add. Organizers can add an email for each invitee, and invitees can add their own email or mobile number.
We only email people about the trip they were added to: an invite, reminders the organizer chooses to send, and the final plan. Every email has a link to stop emails for that trip. We only text people who check the box agreeing to texts, and anyone can reply STOP to opt out. We never send marketing and never sell contact details.
Your price limit is never shown to anyone. The organizer sees which options work for you, your note, and a rough group budget range once at least 5 people have set a limit. Approved suggestions are shown to the group with your name and reason. Travel details you add are shared with the group so you can arrange rides.
We don't sell your information and we don't ask for ID numbers, passport details or loyalty passwords.
Data is stored with our database provider (Supabase) and hosting provider (Vercel). Organizers can clear all answers on their trip at any time. To delete a trip entirely, contact us from the email on the home page.
